Encroachments

The Board of Supervisors will no longer hear or consider requests to encroach upon District-owned land. Any and all encroachments not already approved by the Board of Supervisors should be immediately removed or be subject to involuntary removal. For questions, please contact District Management Services.

Invasive Vegetation

Park Place CDD is currently experiencing a spike in invasive vegetation. In addition to our regular and enhanced chemical treatments and hand removal, the District has applied to the State for the introduction of Triploid Grass Carp. For more information on Triploid Grass Carp, please follow the link below. We are confident that the implementation of this measure will dramatically improve the aesthetics of the ponds within the District.
