Highland Park/Calf Path Series 2003 Expansion

This statement below does not in anyway replace or revise any part of the recent notification received, required for the process concerning assessing special assessments on nine additional lots located generally in the Calf Path area in the Park Place CDD (the “District”).

Park Place CDD’s boundary was recently expanded on March 11, 2008. Nine lots located generally in the Calf Path area are now going through the special assessment process (as a result of the recent expansion) to allocate their portion of the Series 2003 debt service assessment to these properties.

In this process, all landowners who are currently and proposed to be assessed under the Series 2003 Bonds were required to be notified of these new assessments being levied. For all existing landowners that were already in the boundaries before March 11, 2008, there are NO NEW ASSESSMENTS being levied on the lands.

The attachment includes the Special Assessment Methodology Report, for which the nine lots located generally in the Calf Path area are proposed to be assessed. Also included in the attachment is the assessment roll that shows what parcels are currently being assessed, and the inclusion of the nine new Calf Path lots to be assessed.

Please feel free to call the DMS office if you have any questions at (813) 873-7300.
